I don’t have any problems living here. When something breaks it is fixed on time. Office staff are friendly. It’s nice and quiet here. Since I’m retired I just wish my rent was cheaper.
My grandmother loves the new look inside the cottages. She has the one bedroom with tons of closet space.
Best senior apartments in Beaumont!
I've moved a few people in and a few people out.I personally like the location and the apartment are very roomy.
Dads new locale. It's quiet, but seems to be unstaffed, even during posted "regular business hours". I've tried calling and always get the answering machine,and they don't call back either.
