We've been renting through Triliji for a little more than a month and they have been so amazing! We've had to make a few maintenance requests and each one has been taken seriously and responded to so quickly. It is so refreshing to have management that is professional, kind, and qualified!

If you can avoid renting from Triliji I would certain advise it. This company is very unprofessional, lack communication on applications that are submitted. The Federal law requires a landlord who rejects or denies your tenant application because of information in a tenant screening report to notify you about the rejection. We left a ton of voicemails checking on our application with no returned call. Please look at all the reviews Before doing business with this company. There are so many more reputable management companies that provide excellent services. I’m also going to file a complaint with the better business bureau.
