Tribeca Apartments Waco

I have signed my 2 nd lease and I’m very happy with my apt. Management is super Lori the leasing agent is a gem. Maintenance is always there when I’m needing fit anything from recharging a/c to any think from helping fix anything I need. I believe In when I rent a property I treat it as if it’s my home and will asking if I update anything It doesn’t hurt to use your money to add a flower bed or even gardening to your area around your apt. I can share updated pictures. They have people who come and go but they were just not the person meant to live here or anywhere I’m my opinion. Times are touch but they are offering a 500.00 off move in cost. They have the perfect options in paying your rent where anyone could afford. You have to put your priorities in order for me it’s my home. Guaran

The New Manager is really making this a great place to live. I'm really seeing the property improving a little bit everyday. Work orders are addressed in a timely manor. There is a sense of community around here now. The efforts are starting to show. The pool area is getting a make over and I can't wait to see what they do with the all the new space.

EDITED COMMENT AFTER A YEAR I AM NOT RELATED NOR AM I SOCIALLY AFFILIATED WITH ANYONE WHO WORKS AT THIS APT COMPLEX. I CAME FROM A BRAND NEW WITH THE WORSE MANAGEMENT OF THE YEAR TRIBECA IS A SAFE PLACE FOR PARKING, AND the apt I was given had some time to get updated. The owner does a lot to get EVERYTHING REBUILT. Rome wasn’t built in a day. The past owners let this place basically being close to red tagged. Seriously when the owners purchased it was not gong to be a fast and easy way out o fix everything this placed had gone so far down Everyone who has understood his plan was WILLNG to try to see what could really be done. Towne Oaks Apartments has an amazing staff. The residents I have encountered are so friendly. It's quiet all day and in the evenings. The Manager puts together resident gatherings for us to come together as a community and get to know each other...and she feed us. Who doesn't love free food. The new Management company is Awesome and the owners are providing upgrades to the apartments. Overall I rate this a 5 because customer service is most important.
