TRIAD Association Management

We hit a few bumps trying to get our landscape project approved for submittal to the ARC. It’s a fairly large project so it’s difficult to get everything done right the first time. Thank goodness for everyone at Triad that I have spoken with!! Everyone has been pleasant and helpful!! I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Amy because without her diligence and guidance, we wouldn’t have made it thru to the ARC for submittal again this time!! Carla has been extremely rude and unprofessional in her interactions. This management company consistently fails to enforce important HOA rules—cars regularly block the sidewalks, making it unsafe and impossible to walk, and vehicles frequently speed through the neighborhood, creating daily safety concerns for our children. Despite ignoring these serious issues, they focus on trivial matters, such as sending complaints about trash cans using photos that are not even of our property. The lack of accuracy, accountability, and concern for resident safety is unacceptable. If you are looking for a property management company that prioritizes minor technicalities over real community safety and manages properties poorly, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Way to start a morning! I contacted TRIAD AM and spoke with Mrs. Amy Shaddix expecting a not so good interaction. NOT today! Amy listened to my concern and then prompted “walked” through my ARC request with ease. She addressed my concerns in a very professional and receptive manner.
