Best property management company around! I’ve worked with a few, dealt with living in previous HOA’s and even worked for one for many years in California that even had Leisure World as one of its accounts. TCPM is really wonderful to work with even coming from this HOA board member for the last 4 years interacting with them. Lynyrd is an awesome property manager and person in general. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with and if he’s not sure about anything he will research and get back to us. Zoe & Elizabeth are also very professional and great at their jobs. Lynyrd however is especially awesome at dealing with difficult homeowners, understanding our HOA’s needs, completely up on everything to make sure we are compliant with AZ HOA laws etc, great at advising us as needed an

Tri-City Property Management are my HOA for my town home. I had to ask for assistance in dealing with a night mare situation. I have a un-neighborly neighbor who thought it was ok run their loud vehicle for 10 to 20 minutes at a time. Sometimes just starting it and letting it run and not even going anywhere, this could go on for an hour! And it did for over a year! Finally I had to call the office to see if I had any options. I had the pleasure of speaking with Lynyrd. We then communicated by e-mail, that is were I started making my complaints. After a few detailed e-mails, Lynyrd said I can assure you that appropriate action is being taken. In just a short period things were much better. Yeah you can hear it start and leave, but it does not sit out there and run. Thank you Lynyrd for rest

Very pleased with Tri-City Property Management both as a board president and property owner. Lynyrd and Zoe are especially helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. If they don’t have an immediate answer, they go out of their way to obtain one. Lynyrd has paid close attention to costs, contracts and repair personnel which I greatly appreciate. He also helps guide the board on Arizona laws and our CCRs. As a property owner I have had occasion to reach out to the accounting department and staff has been both friendly and helpful.

We contract with Tri-City to assist us with The Community of Legend Hills in Prescott Valley. They are very professional and detailed. We have been able to manage the community amazingly. Tri-City has assisted us with legal questions and kept us out of trouble. Lynyrd is our Manager and does a very professional and thorough job.

I was a former bored member and also a board president for a number of years. Tri-City property Management was amazing to work with they always had answers to all my questions and provided me with the legal professionalism to inform the community of all questions that they had.
