And on the purchase of our new home, we did not feel pressured at all to buy. Some friends had referred real estate professional Brendon Montierth to us. Brendon was extremely customer-service oriented from the first time we met him. He showed us a few homes in Pronghorn Ranch a few hours after we called him to see what was available. Brendon set us up in the MLS system which alerted us when houses in Pronghorn Ranch went up for sale.
