I’ve had the privilege of working with this incredible team for over a year and a half, and it has been remarkable to witness the growth and the consistent excellent care provided here every single day. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with wonderful events that bring residents, families, and guests together. Management leads with integrity and clearly represents the Touchmark brand with pride. Every team member is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and care. The community is always very clean, beautifully maintained, and welcoming. I visited Touchmark at the Ranch in Prescott Arizona last month during an open house event. The place is the largest housing facility in the Prescott area. I felt the small town comfort of home as I visited the various apaartments. The staff was knowledable and ready to show the features and benefits of each unit on display. I met Joe, the manager, the executive chef and Brooklyn in sales; each with a positive attitude. When we are ready to down size our home Touchmark will be considered. Keep up the good work.
