Tremont Apartments

Me and my roommates have been extremely happy with our time living here. The neighbors are generally nice and considerate and we have been happy to renew our lease for another year. Yumi is a wonderful landlord who is prompt in handling problems and was willing to work with us when we needed to interview remotely. She works very hard to make sure the residents are happy and considerate to others and has been kind enough to check up on everyone during the COVID pandemic. Our location in K-town is close to both the bus lines and metro and there are so many places to walk to get good food. We love it here!

I don’t live here however I toured 3 units today for my mom. The manager here is so sweet and personable that I had to leave a review. She’s straight to the point and shows the beauty of the property.

Overall Tremont was a cool place to live at, we lived here for a total of 2 years. The location is amazing, very central to all the food spots, a gas station down the street, and it's only 15-20 minutes to get to anywhere central in LA. With a lot of the newer "higher end" spots popping up around the area, it's nice to know that you don't have to pay a premium to live here. Unfortunately due to COVID, Ktown hasn't been the most exciting spot to live at so we ended moving out at the end of our lease. Pros -Affordable housing in a great area -Central AC/Heating is amazing -Parking is included -Lots of closet space -Roof top is cool because people barely use it & it feels like you have the whole spot to yourself -The new Amazon lockers are cool, you know your packages are safe -We were he

been a resident little over a year and my manger Yumi is always on top of things with any maintenance issues or etc. she's just a click or an email away~~ Thanks Yumi~

on site Manager she's nice and great with resident needs, I can not express how thankful I am for always paying attention and going the extra mile for my needs.
