Great Place with Amazing Staff! I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The staff and manager are always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything I need. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the community is well taken care of. It’s clear they really care about the residents. Highly recommend!

The apartments are spacious especially the one bedroom! The patio lets in plenty of natural light. The whole staff is friendly and quick to respond to maintenance requests. Mariana always greets me with a smile and offers to help me with anything I need. The location is convenient, close to shopping areas and a safe place to live.

The Tree Top Apartments are one of the best apartments located in DFW. On top of being located in a great area close to many shopping centers and restaurants, the apartments themselves are renovated and maintained to fit the high standards the company has for their residence. The calm neighborhood along with the kind staff at Tree Top allow you to feel safe and at home. Teresa, the manager at Tree top, is the most professional manager to do business with and I would recommend her to any company’s looking to do business with Tree top. It is apparent that Teresa and her staff care for, and are actively engaged with the residents ensuring their satisfaction.

Love living here! The maintenance team handles any issue right away, the office is always helpful, and the neighborhood feels peaceful and safe.
