Traverse Apartments

Our experience at the Traverse Apartments has been great from the very beginning and a huge part of that is because of Heidi. We moved from North Carolina in 2024 and she made the whole process so easy. She even set up a video tour for us before we applied, which helped a lot since we were moving from across the country. Nearly two years of living there was an absolute breeze because of her. Any maintenance requests were handled promptly and if there was ever a delay, Heidi consistently kept us informed. She is truly the best leasing manager I’ve worked with as a renter. Heidi genuinely cares about her tenants just as much as the properties she manages and that level of care makes a huge difference when renting. We started our apartment search while still living in Ohio. Heidi was so helpful, answering all our questions over the phone and giving our Washington state daughter a great tour. Moving in was great, especially with Heidi finding a place for our PODS. We've been here for 4 months and are loving it: a beautiful, clean apartment, the easy walk to downtown Enumclaw, the Foothills Trail bike trail, and local restaurants. A couple of minor repairs have been done with excellent communication and workmanship.

I can't say enough good things about living at Traverse Apartments! From the moment I signed our lease, I felt welcomed and at home. We watched the construction process and waited eagerly to move in. The apartments themselves are beautiful, well-maintained, and very spacious. Plus, the community is so peaceful and quiet, which is a huge bonus. Traverse is a great place to live. Quiet, friendly neighbors, great views, brand new interior, what more could you ask for?! The location is perfect, next to 410, we have easy access to everything. It's also worth noting that 410 quiets down in the evenings and there's virtually no road noises at night. Very peaceful surroundings with a 55+ community to the rear of the complex. Alot of the seniors walk their dogs around the area during the day and in the park across the street, which is perfect for dog owners living at Traverse. The Manager Heidi is awesome.
