I'm a customer, I needed some documents witnessed, as part of their service. The one bank officer I dealt with was borderline rude. Small-town bank minus the friendliness.
The local Enumclaw Columbia Bank employees are awesome! We have been banking there for well over 15 years now - Columbia Bank may not get a 5-star since they seem to change things up at a corporate level, but the employees do!
Staff at the Enumclaw branch are great. Columbia Bank has taken good care of us whether it's our personal or business accounts.
The in store employees are great but Columbia as a whole is an awful banking system and I hate using them. I never get the actual help I need through online help and it's frustrating. Switching to a new bank for sure
Foreign call center, lies to me then asks for my social security number? Why would I trust them? Time for a new bank.
