A big thank you to Property (Leasing) Manager Renee Tinkey for her unwavering professional, friendly, and expedient support and service to the residents here. I have had countless requests for her help... everything from small interior repairs to losing my keys multiple times. Each time she responds quickly and efficiently making living here very pleasant and peace of mind that Renee is always willing to help us! Thank you Renee!

A big shout out and thank you to the service technician named Jared who was super fast, responsive, skilled, and professional in repairing my toilet on a friday afternoon. I submitted the work order and he was at door within 5 minutes to repair it. That is unheard of in apartment living... thank you so much Jared! You do an excellent job with all the maintenance issues I see you working on at this property.

Lived here with my fiance about two years: Pros: -Beautiful!! Having the pond in the center & resident ducks was nice. Although they don't want you to feed them. Loved sitting on my porch and enjoying the view - fireplace was nice to have -cute walk pathways within complex -mailboxes were in a secure, locked area where you Push a Pin to get in. -plenty of doggie clean up stations with baggies, rarely empty - staff was very patient with me when I had mail continue to come here after I moved and they called me. Cons: -pool hours are ridiculous, its only open when most people would be working. So you're not really going to be able to enjoy it if you work a Regular 9-5. -in terms of other residents picking up after their dogs, this has been one of the worse locations I've rented. If I could even do a zero star I would , management is HORRIBLE. No one ever answers the phones . A different person every couple of months , residents are constantly missing out on using their amenities due to staffing issues or not having certificates to deal and take care of the pool. so because they can’t keep staff ,people that pay rent here are unable to use their amenities?!? Now that’s crazy , Now let’s talk about the pool hours 10-6and before that it was 10 to 5 how is anybody supposed to use that at those hours and closed the office which Means you can’t use amenities because they’re not present you can’t even use a pool on Saturday and Sundays. The two main days were most people have them off. The pool is always closed on the hottest days of the year , took away lounge chairs,

The apartments are very clean and comfortable. I’ve been here almost 2 yrs and absolutely love it here! The office manager ,Summer is very kind and responsive to any concerns. The maintenance staff is excellent and very knowledgeable . The apartments are located close to shopping and other needs. The pool and workout room are another great amenity. The view out my back is very scenic especially if you love ducks as much as I do. Crime is very low as well and The rent has been very affordable. I plan on staying a long time. Overall an awesome place to call home!
