Tranquility at Griffin Apartments

I really want to leave 0 stars or negative!!! We were living here for 5 years since they first opened in 2020. It was great then, kept clean, always in the office etc. We have been through maybe 1-2 new managements and it’s just been going downhill since then. They are never in the office, they don’t answer the phone, the maintenance guy barely does his job he just rides around smoking cigarettes on his golf cart all day, they don’t clean the property it’s so disgusting. We’ve had mold in the unit because of multiple water problems from the unit above. The maintenance guy did not do anything about it. Also we had electrical problems because of the water damage to the point of our microwave coming on by itself, the oven comes on by itself, the lights flicker. They’ve done nothing to fix it.

I have lived here for 5 years, and have no complaints. There are those that should understand Tranquility is not a senior only community. Families with children live here,and residents should realize with children comes noise. Brandi and Josh are always nice and obliging. For me, I give a thumbs up.

Stove Handle Been Broken For Weeks Now . Our Apartment Is Covered In Mold And They Mad Because We Went Over Their Head

I wish I could give it 5 stars but they never contacted me back! So I have been living in griffin going on 5 years now. I first moved here in early 2020. I was trying to get into tranquility then but there was a waitlist. So I waited. Called about 6 months before end of my first lease and they put me on the waitlist. It took almost a year before i got a call back and by that time I had already signed another year lease! Asked to be put back on the waitlist again. I was never called back. Each year for the past 3-4 years I call and leave voice messages with the office for a callback just to see if there will be any availability. Nobody ever answers and nobody ever calls back.

I received great customer service when I contacted Tranquility at Griffin for possible leasing. The staff followed up after I left a message in a very timely manner. Unfortunately, I could not move into the property as my income exceeds the limit but overall I think they are very professional.
