Townhomes at Pine Hill

Every time I called they came. They are very professional. They have a quiet neighborhood and everyone is friendly and are on time. Marcell is a very great property manager and so is his maintenance. I forgot his name, but he was quick and amazing.

Kelly Johnson is absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, she made the entire rental process easy, fast, and stress-free. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even helped us rent a beautiful bedroom right when we needed it most. Kelly is incredibly professional, caring, and attentive — she treats residents like family. You can tell she truly cares about the community at Pine Hill and takes pride in helping people find a comfortable, safe place to live. I can’t say enough good things about her kindness and efficiency. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely wants to help and keeps everything running smoothly, Kelly Johnson is the person you want to work with. Pine Hill Townhomes is lucky to have her!

For some reason they re doing the road inside the complex the parking spot and entrance which was okay was never a problem some of the units what actually needs to be fix old cabinets plumbing problems etc 🤦‍♀️ other then that it’s quiet community

Ms. Johnson in the leasing office is really nice and friendly she took care of me rather quickly. The whole process was a success. Thank you Ms. Johnson.

New management sucks , everybody in the office has common sense of a slug , “fixing” roads in the apartment complex that didn’t need to be fixed in the first place , , having children , elderly , disabled parking far, and I mean far from their homes, Cars was hit last night trying find parking , a few people cars was towed but IGNORE THE FACT THAT MOST OF US ARE still dealing with with our townhome falling apart , plumping is a joke , dry wall is rotten and I’m sure it’s black mold in this place. But yes “fitting the roads” that didn’t need to be touched in the first place , is more important.. okay
