I love my apartment here at Vinyard Creek. Nothing but peace and quiet! The staff Mrs. Wendy and Kennedy are so amazing . They answered any questions I may had making my move in a breeze . Any maintenance requests I put in they always come right away! Don’t be afraid to make Vinyard Creek your new home !

Over the past several months, I’ve had to navigate some major life changes—and through it all, the team at Vinyard Creek Apartments has been nothing short of incredible. The staff’s kindness, patience, and support helped me feel grounded when I needed it most. They’ve created an environment where I genuinely feel cared for—not just as a resident, but as a person. That level of support isn’t easy to find, and it’s something I truly value. I’m proud to call Vinyard Creek Apartments home, and I’m excited to continue being part of this wonderful community. It’s more than just a place to live—it’s a place where you can heal, grow, and feel at peace.

I love these apartments. Management is amazing. SHOUTOUT TO KENNEDY AND WENDY. They are so thorough and prompt on things that have been happening with my move in.

Overall good but with maintenance request is slow. They accept requests but never get completed

The unit I rented from 2016 to 2023 was a dump. I had bug and black mold problems. The top of the windows would fall and rain would leak inside. Maintenance didn’t do their job. The tree that fell on my apartment from the tornado was a blessing. I found a better more reasonable place. They should tear this place down
