I am a new tenant and I can say that Mary the new property manager here has been phenomenal in every aspect for me. She got me in fast, made sure my apartment was beautifully remodeled and clean, customer service was excellent. She made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. I am so excited to move in and become a resident here!

You will be charged a $150 cleaning fee that they will take out of your security deposit no matter what condition you leave the apartment in. This is not in the contract but they charge you just because they can. They also charged $19 for insurance for the last month even though we had our own the entire time we lived there. It also took SIX MONTHS to get the security deposit back which they stole $144 out of just because they can. They should be taken to court. If you're wondering why there are no recent reviews, it's because they intimidate those that write a negative review into taking it down or receiving a lease violation. I’ve been here since hurricane Harvey and Candice has been the best landlord EVER. Haven’t had any issues that’s wasn’t fixable. She makes her business to know her tenants personally and treats them like family. As far as the apartment goes very nice and affordable and close to all restraunts, grocery stores and shopping and pretty ducked off and quiet.

I had a really easy and smooth transition from my old apartments to the Trails on Treadway. Candice in the front office is very helpful and willing to give great advice. She is way easy to talk to and one of the nicest people I have ever met. When ever I have a problem she gets them handled in a timely matter. My apartment is perfect and very homey to me. It’s not loud and the on ground maintenance man is very sweet and he gets things done in a timely matter.

Yes I have been there 8 years, no problems!!! Everything that I have asked have been done. The new landlord Ms Laura, now is phenomenal!!!! Love her! You will not be disappointed with the new company we are under
