I applied for an apartment back in November of 2025... I got denied for "too many charge-offs". What's wild is that I've never had a charge-off in my life. Anyway, they tell me I could pay a third party company who will then pay my rent; make it make sense. It's all a scam here. I withdrew my application and two whole months later I'm still waiting on my $200 refund check. Excuse after excuse. The last time they told me their California Office has been sending refund checks to the wrong building. This place is a massive scam, the worst staff (imo), poor communication, and lack of integrity... don't even get me started on the rooms. Don't even bother applying here. Save yourself time and the headache, spend the extra money on one of those nicer fancy apartments in Denver.

Where do I start.Alejandrina was EXCELLENT, she was GREAT. Iam 70 years old,and not good at all on the internet. I started the process of renting my apartment. She helped me from start to finish on filling out the lease on the net putting all my info in on the doing the two dot thing, witch i think is so stupid difficult. I know she didn't have to help me with all that stuff. I was in her office everyday because I couldn't figure out how to do it myself. She was so Nice and SWEET. Every time I showed up at her office, I would say I have a problem,and she would say no worries let's figure it out. So she took her time to help me and not one time did she seem angry, and honestly if it wasn't for her, I would have kept searching for another apartment. LOVE HER.!!!!!!!!!

I rented an apartment here for one year and moved out over a year ago. I still haven’t received my security deposit back. Every time I contact the leasing office, they tell me to “wait” and that the check will be sent soon, but it never comes. The manager is very unhelpful and not professional. On top of that, the apartment had cockroaches, which was extremely annoying and made living there uncomfortable. Overall, a very bad experience and I would not recommend renting here.

I moved to Trail point in June,2025. It was a good decision The staff is wonderful and do their best for their tenants Work orders are done promptly and done well

Very bad experience. I lived in this property for almost three years. During that time, my apartment flooded. My car was vandalized and shot at. It's a high-crime area, and the sounds of gunfire are very common. Many neighbors play loud music all the time and drink in their cars. The parking lot feels like a mechanic's shop. Furthermore, when you leave, management will try to abuse you by making up charges to squeeze more money out of you. Even if you already pay a deposit, it won't be enough, and they'll charge whatever they want. If the carpet is a little dirty, they'll try to charge you as good as new. If the wall gets a little dirty after so many years, they'll try to charge you more, and so on. They are abusers. I don't recommend anyone move into this property.
