I am very happy with my newly built home in the Rose Ridge Traditions of America Community. With Traditions, you have many structural and design options. You can truly make your home your own! You are assigned a Personal Builder who is responsible for your home. My Personal Builder was very responsive and insured that my design choices were executed. They follow up on issues with you after 60 days and 11 months of ownership. I question how many other builders do that. I have, within a few months, met several wonderful new neighbors. I am looking forward to getting involved with the new community!

The builder manager assigned to us was excellent. Ted kept us informed with weekly updates as soon as the ground was broken. The design process took much longer than I thought it would and the communication was less than perfect. It made for some stressful worrying of the timeline being kept. Also, with only two in person Meeting with our design stylist And the rest via email made things quite confusing . So therefore, when we got in the home, we had a few things that we didn’t realize we had done and don’t like. The craftsmanship of the workers is wonderful. It shows that they really know what they are doing. We love how welcoming the sales center was and continued to be even after we signed and closed on the property. Our experience in building. Thank you, Nick Boos, for making our build experience at Traditions of America a FIVE STAR great experience. As our personal builder, Nick built for us a fantastic home. He communicated with us throughout our build keeping us informed with text messages and photos of our home’s progress. There are always issues that come up when building a new home, especially when the new owners are 1400 miles away. Nick handled each and every issue professionally, hearing our concerns and successfully resolving each and every concern directly and promptly. Our new home is beautiful and it has been overall a good experience with Traditions of America from beginning through our closing date last week. Our new home is beautiful. Communication was and is great. From the first day we drove in to the development until now we have been impressed and happy we found this community. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with start to finish. Our personal builder Ted Griffith is incredible. He was and remains available for anything we need and responds to questions immediately. TOA is a wonderful company. We look forward to enjoying our new home at Brandywine Farms for the rest of our lives. The residents have all been warm and welcoming.
