I have had a great experience as a tenant of Cerebrum Property Management! I moved in a little over a year ago, and have had nothing but good things to say. The tenant portal they use is extremely convenient for making payments and reporting any issues. I locked myself out on a Sunday, they sent someone within an hour. I had an issue with my stove, it was fixed the next day. When my lease ended they worked with me on a renewal that best fit my budget and expected move out date as well. First class organization all the way!

Property was very well cleaned upon arrival, and the landlord will use your security deposit to ensure it is in the same spotless shape for the next Tennant, so be prepared. Responses to maintenance requests were occasionally addressed in a timely manner, with instances of losing heat and hot water in the middle of winter.
