Should be called mismanagement these people are ignorant greedy. Very rude they made us pay for their sewerage project with the rent review board behind them which is a whole other story. No bulk trash pickup shitty job plowing the roads no brine or salt roads are not safe. And the giant pot holes after their sewerage projects which I don’t believe will ever be finished. Do not move here you have been warned. Now we have a sewerage leak. Frozen human waste at least it’s filling the pot holes

This place is a mobile home trailer park. They are trying to sell new 2 bedroom 1 bath mobile homes for over $70,000. What a joke! They don't even tell you about the lot rent, plus the water and sewage you'll have to pay. Furthermore, you have to pay taxes on the land you don't even own! It's a big nope for me!

i live in one of the communities they manage starting December 2021 which is managed terribly, greedily and disgusting i used to live there where water sewer were included and lot rent was 347. they have now made us pay for water and sewer on top of raising the lot rent from $575.00 to $625.00 (i pay 600 in property taxes along with this) im assuming theyre turning our trailer "park" into a trailer community and they will do the same for you. i would not trust these people or let them manager your property if you can help it i would LOVE to move the home i own out of that place but i cannot so i am stuck to deal with Cole and literally 100s of other reps that wont answer my calls and emails when i am needing an explanation as to why my rent was raised without ANY type of signature or docu

Very greedy. Terrible job managing , never answer the phone . Just a terrible business
