Our HOA board has used Trademark for about six years. We've been happy with their management despite challenges over the years. We have dealt with other HOA management companies and our experience with Trademark has been the best. It is a hard job and they do their best which is really saying something for anyone who has been involved with property management companies.

I owned a condo with this company as "HOA". For 5 years it was all just raising the dues and getting less and less for the money. Emailing the office was like pulling teeth - no response for at least 2-3 days, sometimes longer. No, don't tell me you're busy, I was there in your office frequently, I know how "busy" you are. The lawn watering ended 4.5 years ago. The summer we moved in it was the last time I saw the sprinklers on. The snow removal service was great the first winter too, and since then someone comes maybe twice per winter and shovels the SIDEWALKS only - useful for dog walkers but not for anyone else. We have lived in the Arborgate Community for over five years. During that time, Trademark property management is the managing company. They have kept us up-to-date with any city, County and state requirements. Trademark has kept us up-to-date with all the monthly reporting financials and keeping us from going over budget. Give a shout out to Danielle Nayes for her excellent work and advice.

We're a small HOA with 16 units in 8 buildings on a cul-de-sac. Without Trademark, and more specifically without Danielle, we would be floundering. She has been exemplary in responding both to crises when they happen [burst water pipes, cars running into fence, etc] and in finding vendors for routine maintenance. After a recent rainstorm, she had a remediation company here within hours after we had a report of water intrusion. She has proven herself to be someone we can rely on for advice and for getting things done. If you're shopping for a management company, give Trademark a serious look.

Danielle with Trademark has been outstanding very efficient and on top of things when you depend on your HOA to address issues or concerns. Cannot be happier or go through or other HOA‘s and it is not the same.
