Janet and I went to this development. We met with Nicholas Sampson. He was very helpful and professional. We found a house, both Nicholas, David their construction manager and our real estate agent Jared Sickels helped us along with our real estate purchase. Both Nicholas and David were both attentive and responsive during the purchase process. We love our new house. A quiet neighborhood with lots of open space.

After about a month in my new CCR house I've got to say I'm impressed. There are virtually no items to be fixed or repaired. I'm equally impressed with the sales and construction staff I've worked with. Nick Sampson and David Heller have been upfront, fair and responsive. They've made the purchasing process as smooth as possible. It really is a dream home.
