Dan did amazing at our recent home inspection! He was very thorough and showed us everything we needed to know being new homeowners. He was very personable and pointed out little things we could handy man ourselves or even just how some things around the house worked that he noticed. He also put together a great report which gave us detailed information on some places around the home that needed to be looked at further. As a first time homebuyer, it was great to have an inspector who made me feel like there was no stone left unturned!

We really liked working with Dan. We had great communication every step of the way. During the inspection he FaceTimed with us so we were able to see what the issues might be. This was so helpful since we were out of state and couldn't be there in person. He was easy to work with and very helpful. I highly recommend him.
