I had the very best experience with Gene Martinello and Trademark. They built a custom home to my specifications—always offering great economical suggestions but always honoring my wishes. They were well-organized and built in a timely manner (even though we built through the pandemic), and made sure we had all of the information we needed to maintain the home effectively after it was completed. They built a home with much greater quality than the typical house in a development, but did so economically. They even helped me find a great piece of land on which to build it. They are outstanding to work with from start to finish.

Gene built my house in 2020 in the middle of COVID. It was a challenge for everyone in the country but Gene delivered. It has been nearly four years since we moved in and I am so grateful we decided to hire Trademark Homes for this extensive renovation. I would do it again.
