A spacious living room located off the foyer is at the heart of this single-story home, offering access to nearly every other room. Transitioning into the kitchen and café is seamless through a wide-open floorplan, while the dining room and covered lanai offer ample room for entertaining guests. Four bedrooms provide space for the whole family.
I have a relative that brought a home here and Lennar advertises "everything encluded". The refrigerator front panels were nicked up. They did enclude any towel bars nor toilet paper holders. How can something so simple be not installed? Duh
My husband and I own a inflatable business and we delivered a bounce house there. It's clean and quiet
Nice sales rep,but the homes are kind of expensive
This area is growing...with great schools. I loved all the models!
