We are BEYOND excited about our new home. The Bishops exceeded all expectations when we walked into the finished home. Garrett was great walking us through the process and setting up timelines and selection sheets. Cody was a fantastic site manager. Answering all questions and easing any concerns we ay have had. Southern Construction Concepts builds a BEAUTIFUL product. From beginning to end, they made it smooth and stress free. We refer them out to any and all looking for a custom builder. We can't thank them enough for our gorgeous home.

We worked with Garrett Bishop through the entire Process, a fine young man that we liked and trusted the very moment we met. We can’t say enough how much we love our home, I tell everyone & invite people over and give them a tour. I give SCC & Garrett’s contact info out to potential leads and hopefully the next homebuyers at least a couple of times a week. Just over a year ago, our home was completely destroyed in a fire, leaving us uncertain about the future. Thankfully, September brought a new beginning, and now we get to enjoy this beautiful new home! Thanks to USAA and Southern Construction Concepts, we were in good hands. Gerald, Cody, and Garrett took every concern seriously from the start, even arranging power for my bus during the rebuild. SCC built a custom detached garage and the process and outcome was superb. Ty was project supervisor and he was completely conscientious and committed to a superior outcome. He was active in supervising the subs and communicating regularly with me. Garrett was my first contact and I found him to be helpful in guiding me through the design, contract and cost management process. Gerald was especially valuable in offering insights and his overall management. SCC was the best, I was pleased working with them and I highly recommend them for your construction needs.
