We worked with Amanda for our daughters wedding. She was extremely helpful with the planning of food, rooms, and catering. Amanda is very knowledgable, honest and timely. Highly recommended!!
Our company just had 3 calls from TPI for an upcoming trade show. 1st call when we asked the company name she hung up on us. 2nd call I was able to get the company name TPI and as soon as I asked another question, she hung up. 3rd time (5 minutes later) She gave her first name, but not the company and said we haven't made our reservations and asked how many will be staying to book us. I told her she just called, she said she didn't. (we have multiple lines) I said remove our numbers and we are not interested in a company the is so unprofessional, and this time I hung up before she had the opportunity. Really TPI? Is this how you expect to get customers!? tsk tsk
The staff were great and went above and beyond for anything. We needed very pleasant clean beautiful property..
