Block 25 Lofts

By far my favorite apartment I have ever lived in. The units are well made, walls are nice and thick and I dont have to worry about my neighbors hearing my conversations. The appliances are all more than adequate for an apartment and the rooms are spacious, layouts make sense and dont waste space. For the price and amenities provided it cant be beat, the Gym has everything you need from treadmills/bikes to an actual bench and squat rack. The rooftop patio is nice for some outdoor grilling and the heated garage has been a life-savor for my first Minnesota winter. The location is also awesome, multiple stores and restaurants within walking distance and even a few bars/pubs if thats your vibe.

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Block 25 Lofts. The building is clean, well-maintained, and overall just a great place to call home. Lidia is absolutely fantastic at her job. She’s professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. She’s made the entire move-in and living experience smooth and enjoyable. I’m very happy here and highly recommend Block 25 Lofts to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.

Nice building with island in the kitchen! And many many storage spaces! Lidia is so nice, she gave me and mom a tour and answered our questions.

Apartment is wonderful and Lidia is very helpful, very friendly as well. Anything you need help with shes the person to go to!
