Lacey operates in a manner which in hindsight, I should have been cautious. She manipulates information to persuade the buyer to make decisions that will increase her commission. She withholds information to the extent of being unethical.

Very unprofessional! She was the buying agent for a house I just sold. Tried to sneak several things into purchase agreements that were said to be off limits. I almost called the sale of my house off just because she was so terrible to work with! As a business owner for the last 15 years you clearly don't get it!
