Township Lake Meridian Apartments

I’ve been living here since 2018 and my experience has been very positive. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and the location is extremely convenient. Management has always been responsive whenever I needed something, and overall it’s been a comfortable and safe place to live. I highly recommend Township Lake Meridian Apartments.

Management is very hard to get a hold of. Keep raising the rent. The website has pictures of people swimming out from the inlet located in the centers but let's be real, it's more of a swamp/wet land now. Cute ducks tho. Windows are paper thin, so all heat you create from the baseboard heaters goes right thought them. Old hardware in a lot of the units. Kevin, the maintenance guy, is awesome though. Always responds quickly, knowledgeable about what he does and willing to educate about the work he's doing. Turn around for service requests are incredibly quick for the size of the complex. Kevin is much appreciated. Edit: later, the management has changed and they are very responsive now. Both the apartment managers (Ten and DeeDee)we've had from this new company have been absolutely great

Good experience. I appreciate Townships maint. staff who work very hard to take care of important issues for the tenants.

Quite and peaceful by the lake. Apartments need repairs as rent is going up every year. Overall, nice place to rent. Ten has been very good with communication unlike previous management.

I had a tour with Peyton Holle , she was just awesome and friendly making you feel like home .
