Townhouse Villas

Absolutely love this place .. especially since new ownership took over. Definitely feel heard whenever there are issues and addressed quickly! So kudos to new management .. other than that it’s such a relaxed place to live. There are so many sketchy people around Hermiston and I feel safe here I don’t feel like I live in the ghetto.. It’s beautiful outside in the back area where the pool is and enough room for dogs to roam about (on leashes of course ) .. perfect for families to be.. and my fav part is gas station next door in case any late night cravings hit you don’t have to worry about getting in car and driving somewhere.. can walk right next door! My husband lived here for long time and me about 8 and still here so that says something !

Updated Review: Since the new management took over, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in how maintenance issues are handled. They are much more willing to address any concerns I have and work towards resolving them promptly. The new onsite manager is helpful and friendly, and maintenance completes repair jobs quickly. I also love that we have two parking spots for each unit, and the community is pet-friendly. Additionally, it is within a block of my favorite shopping locations and has many restaurants within walking distance. City bus stops are within a block or two, and my pharmacy is located just one block away. I highly recommend Townhouse Villas for families.

Never respond to my emails or phone calls, and everytime I've called it just rings until it goes to voice-mail. Also no one was in the office the few times I've stopped by to try to talk to someone about available units.

Nice place way over charged left clean but they still took our deposit n charged us for stuff that was already damaged if u go with them make sure u write down every lil detail that’s not right

I did a self tour at Townhouse Villas, Gaby was very helpful and friendly. Nice place just not ready to move yet.
