Tried to get ahold of them on Monday June 2nd and Tuesday June 3rd was so hard to get ahold of the realiter so we could skip the viewing and rent a place. Was always told "they'll call us" they finally get ahold of us to tell us it was already rented. Very hard to get ahold of someone. Felt like we where grasping at straws. Seems like bad management as someone should have been able to help us. Very poor business would not recommend

Never. Again. The rental had an owner who went inside WITHOUT NOTICE. When brought up to the management company, they didn't believe us. It happened multiple times. We gave them dates, times, all the info we could. My husband literally came home from work and found the owner inside the house that had been locked when he left that morning. This management company apparently doesn't know the tenant laws in Oregon.

This company failed working for them as a vendor and renting from them. They took advantage of us as a vendor and then terminated our lease for no reason at all. They seem to want 35 Dollars for every adult on every application and then kick you out for no reason at all. Seems money hungry to me.
