Secure Property Management

Moved in January 2025, moved out June 2025. The house had issues, clearly left in rough shape but habitable as I needed somewhere immediately. My problems were promptly addressed except for the fireplace fluke cleaning, as the owner didn’t want to do it. Aside from the issues, they acknowledged it wasn’t in the best shape. In business I appreciate honesty and that’s what I got. I cleaned before moving out and hoped I wouldn’t have some $600 random charge for cleaning or damage etc, nope….I never got that. Instead I got a FULL security deposit refund. This tells me everything I need to know about this company. They aren’t interested in scooping a few hundred out of the deposit, they have been the most honest and forward company I’ve ever worked with in my time in real estate. Thank you guys

We were told we could move in later than we had previously agreed because some medical issues came up. We were also told the owner of the property would take the property off the market so we could have the option to buy it- our rent was to be month to month. perfect scenario for new grads moving to the area for a new job offer. Two weeks after moving in we were told they were going to start showing the house to potential buyers. We still had unpacked boxes! The only way we could prevent this, Secure Property Management told us, is to make an offer on the house. The owner was upset we didn't move in when we originally said we would- which we were never told or we would have made arrangements to stick to the original date. So now we were being "punished". Believe I will be renting my home through this property management till I retire. The manager is the nicest young women I’ve met in a long time. Helpful, smart, respectful, and professional.
