Townhomes at Mountain View Valley

We really enjoyed renting at this complex. The most outstanding part of this experience of being in the PNW was the great service by the management. Roberto and Alex were always very respectful, and great with follow up to resolve any concerns. The location is ideal and so close to have access to the local downtown as well as to avoid the traffic congestion in other areas of Puyallup and we saved so much time commuting with this hidden gem. Maintenance was knowledgeable and fixed everything appropriately and was respectful to us.

Roberto truly made my move-out experience exceptional—his help and kindness went far above and beyond my expectations, making an otherwise stressful process smooth and enjoyable. The community itself is warm, welcoming, and remarkably well-kept, enhancing the feeling that you’re living in a place where people genuinely care about each other and their surroundings.

I’ve recently toured multiple properties from this management team. I’ve had a great experience in Puyallup especially with Roberto and Alex. Both individuals have been extremely informative and respectful. I’d recommend this team to everyone.

The office is great with communicating/working with people. Our move-in and move-out went more smoothly than any other complex I have been in. Maintenance is AMAZING doesn't matter how big or small the issue is it was always taken care of within a day.

My partner and I had an amazing experience here. Roberto Is very friendly and amazing at his job. Partner and I came in wanting to tour a 2 bedroom and Roberto made it easy and not stressful at all, didn’t make us feel pressured to get the place. We still fell in love with the place and applied.
