I cannot say enough good things about Eric! After a hiccup with our previously chosen inspector, I called Eric in need and with very short notice. Within 1.5 hours of that phone call, he was at the house starting the home inspection! He was very thorough, knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. We are so grateful for his work today! HIGHLY recommend!

I can’t say enough positive things about this inspection. Eric is highly knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. The value for what we paid was well worth it. Eric explained everything well, wrote a great report, and even came back (for no extra money!) to check something while it was raining. Keep in mind he ASKED to come back while it was raining to ensure he gave a thorough opinion on a leak we had. Excellent experience with this company! Eric is extremely professional when conducting home inspections and is a great person to work with. My husband and I were in the process of buying our first home so we were lost in the process but Eric took the time to walk us through everything and was patient to answer all our questions. Eric was so friendly and personable you’re instantly comfortable with him. He is extremely thorough in his inspection and with his explanations when he does his walk thru. Eric was open to the MANY questions we had and provided us with answers. My daughter and her fiancé are 1st time home buyers. The usual hiccups that come with a new home purchase can be stressful and trying. Eric Case was able to come on the spur of the moment ( due to another inspectors lack of professional) and complete the inspection and alleviate some of the stress!!
