This is my favorite title and escrow company in the area. I have used them for many transaction, mainly, Sara Lichtenburg and team. She is responsive, responsible, and follows through. I think the biggest issue I have faced with other title people is that they do well in the begining, and slowly fizzle off over time. That is not the case with Sara, and I couldn't be more happy with how well she handles our clients. 10/10 would reccomend.
