If you’re like us, you are googling the reviews on this company. If you’re like us, you’ll see the very bad reviews. If you’re like us, you’ll think to yourselves, it can’t be that bad and move forward because you truly feel this home is what God wants for you. Do yourself a favor and do NOT move forward. Turn around and walk away. They’ll feed you some amazing things when you first talk to them. We were so excited! The on-call plumber, contractors, etc. they have for when they go wrong. And yes, they do have them. But the rental company will drag their feet on getting them out there. Even their own contractors told us how messed up this company is! The house we moved in was a disaster. Upon move in, we had countless things wrong. We overheard one of their contractors tell his boss that

Horrible Company. They hassled us all the time and were rude. Upon move out they wrongfully withheld deposit. When we moved in they left us a paint can that didn't match the paint and when we used it to spot paint they charged us for it. We carpet cleaned the whole house with an industrial carpet cleaner and were stilled charged for carpet cleaning. Not only were we wrongfully charged for all of these things but the amount they charged was also completely unrealistic. Inexplicably charged for a rekey of the house. Why do we need to pay for them to rekey their house? Charged for a drain that was broken prior to move in. We called them and were told to write an email. I HIGHLY don’t recommend this property management group! Things have been screwed up from day one dealing with this “company”. The people that work here aren’t on the same page, they give out the wrong information and just do people wrong altogether! The “owner” Jenny conducted the move out inspection solo after I told her I wanted to be present for it, she never even called me to schedule it after I moved out. Not only was the move out inspection done without me being present Jenny and/or her “company” charged me for “damages” that I shouldn’t be charged for upon my move out. I also need to mention that Jenny (the owner) and the homeowner of the house that I lived in for 10+ years are close friends, explains a lot right?! This company aka Jenny is not professional. I have had nothing but extremely disappointing experiences with this property management company. Their level of professionalism is shockingly low and their interactions bordered on hostile. Each time I read their responses to other negative comments, they claim not to recall working with the reviewer, which I find dismissive and irresponsible. Additionally, they reveal an excessive amount of application information in their review responses, compromising privacy and demonstrating a lack of respect for confidentiality, their applicants and their reputation. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for property management services.

very messy with paperwork, lied to us about our application dates (said we submitted them wrong and tried to get us to sign a lease with the wrong move in date), sent us our approval letter at 11pm at night and tried to tell us we had to pay all fees by that same day (aka gave us 1 hour), gave us lots of false hope when trying to rent a property from them, does not respond to emails/concerns/calls/texts efficiently or at all, and was very rude over the phone the one time they did answer and i tried to speak with them about the lease concerns we had. i think they’re very sketchy and would recommend avoiding this company.
