I returned the phone call and left a message but no one called back. Then a different person emailed me, so I just let it go. The reason is because the review leaves the main info needed, so why reiterate and you tell me what a great employee you have and how this has never happened. I kinda know how this goes. Sharon did not seem to know much about the type of loan we needed (VA) and asked us the SAME questions over and over which frustrated us both.
