Towne Club Condominiums

First experience... Very bad. Move in day, after my daughters were told everything was inspected and cleaned, 100% not true. Apartment was filthy, paint peeling from walls and ceiling, black mold, etc etc ... Almost two weeks after moving day, still dealing with some of the issues, unfortunately, back and forth communication with the management company, etc. It's been a royal pain!

My son has lived in a rental house managed by this property for 2 years. They have requested their driveway area be refilled/graded multiple times. I recently fell and broke my ankle in the area they have requested to be repaired. I’m out of work and laid up for at least 3-4 months minimum. My hospital bills are coming in and I’m over $14k so far. This is called gross negligence. I would not recommend them.

Lived here for a year and it was my favorite apartment during my time in Athens. I placed in a work order to fix my AC in the middle of Summer and the facility workers came the next day to fix it. Rooms are spacious and for the most part it is a quiet neighborhood at a great location.

IMO it's the best place to live in Athens all things considered. Location is fantastic right on the UGA bus line, price is great, only a 15-20 minute walk to campus, and it's right next to tons of food. 10/10.

Manager is very nice and helps in any way she can. She has excellent disposition.
