Town Terrace Apartments

All these reviews are from BEFORE the apartments were renovated. This is a completely new business. It was previously a motel.

How is anyone supposed to contact you? Is pretty shady you have no Google site, no phone number or any contacts in public...IRS might be interested

Made a reservation here. Told them I’d be arriving later in the evening around 9-10. Arrived at 9:20 pm. There was a note on the door with 2 phone numbers to call. One was a wrong number and the other wouldn’t answer. Called the hotel itself and no answer. Terrible customer service that’s for sure and very shady looking place. Very shady. Obvious drug dealers hanging in the parking lot, people hanging out all over the balcony, lots of noise. I waited around about 5 minutes and then left no really caring they weren’t there to check me in. Do not stay here!

At first when I walked in I was like this is alright. I sit down on the bed and look on the bedside table there is a baby roach. OK that was alright, but then I see more coming out the telephone. I open the drawers, and I see more in all 6 drawers. That's not all the shower was horrible, so I called the front desk I ask if they have another room this to full of roaches, his reply to me I quote, was no we have no more rooms, I'm sorry. I was so mad I hung up on him. I posted pictures if they get approved.

This place is not great but it was a life saver at the time. No hotel from Pensacola to Tallahassee fla had rooms during this trying time after the hurricane so. These people where a big help and the guy was real responsible and helpful. The room is not so nice but it a do
