Town Parc at Amarillo

If I could give it -5 stars, I would. The most horrible place I’ve EVER lived at. Roaches, abundant. Walls, paper thin. Didn’t have maintenance for first 3 months we lived there, and when they finally showed up they didn’t tend to the water heater corrosion order we put in when we first moved and our water heater burst. Which flooded the apartment below us and made them move out. Not only did it flood their apartment, but soaked our floors and had to have LOUD fans running in our apartment for two weeks to dry the floors which absolutely skyrocketed our electricity bill. I called the police at least 5 times on the apartment above us for noise and domestic violence complaints, and called the Town Parc front office for complaints on both MULTIPLE times and was told that “After 3 noise compla

Got behind on rent due to being a single mother of 3 couldn’t keep job at the time, got sent to court cause fees were hitting consistently. Got the money to pay back (full amount) and wrote letter for giving us a chance since I have gotten the money and a job and they kicked me and my 3 babies out SAME day. (Mind you I went into office and reached out because I never gotten a call or email). Front office ladies are rude and never answer the phones.

I just recently signed a new lease the apartment they showed me was beautiful and I love Christina she was nice to me and very helpful i loved that ..IT WAS also another lady there was sweet I think SUSAN OR SHARON ...can't wait to be apart of the town PARC family!!❤️🙌🏽🎊

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Ever since they fired everyone in the office no one has been there at all. And the people that where in there where very good nice people. But since they are gone, no one will answer the phones or for maintenance. I called management and they where very rude and said “not my problem”.Horribly managed. This place has just gone down hill quickly since the previous office staff is no longer in the office. I will be moving elsewhere very soon!

I love this property. I’ve lived here the last two years and even a year back in 2019. I came back because I’ve never had such a great experience with any other apartments. Kimberly is an amazing property manager and always makes sure I’m set. Any maintenance issues I’ve had have always been taken care of either that same day or the next. Last summer my heater went out during a holiday weekend and the maintenance men brought their shop AC up to my 3rd floor apartment so I wouldn’t be burning up all weekend. My AC was fixed as soon as we all went back to work. I will always send friends and family to this property.
