Town N Harbor Owners

This quiet co-op community is one of the nicest in Freeport. It was renovated after significant damage from hurricane Sandy. The new bulkhead, fencing, and parking lot paving were finally completed this year ( 2018). It sits on a nice canal, and there is a particularly expansive scenic point as shown in my photo, complete with a resident swan family. The pool and pool area are well kept. Residents are friendly, respectful of property, and many do lovely gardening on and around their balconies. Negatives: Unfortunately, for pet lovers, no dogs are allowed. There are several balconies with very tacky looking white plastic strips woven through, some rusty, which detract from appearance. Some units face a couple of rundown commercial buildings and in winter, on the other side of the canal,
