As first-time home buyers, my husband and I were very anxious about obtaining a mortgage. Ruth held our hand and thoughtfully guided us through the entire process from beginning to end. She answered every call/email or text that I made to her (and there were a lot of them) and was even there in the room with us at our closing! She worked diligently to make sure we met our deadlines and did not have to file any extensions. She continued checking the mortgage rates up until the end to confirm we were getting the best deal that we could and ended up changing the loan to a better option that came up after we had already locked in the week prior.
