Grove Gardens

Living here has been a great experience, and a big part of that is knowing maintenance issues are always handled quickly and properly. Anthony, the maintenance manager, is beyond great. He’s always efficient, professional and makes sure everything is taken care of. 10/10!!

My family and I are residence of Grove Garden for many, many years . Management have been nothing but professional and truly apart of Grove Garden community. The grounds are well kept season to season and maintained. If there is a maintenance issue its handled immediately and efficiently. Anthony, George and Witney are professional and knowledgable. Grove Gardens is a safe environment to raise children and call home.

I have been applying to live here for over a month. I went to see an apartment which was beautiful and me and my husband loved it, but the property manager went on vacation and we never heard back from him after that. I have been reaching out via phone call and email for over a month almost everyday and nothing. I also tried to apply to the pine gardens and was told by someone via email that an apartment would be available soon. But the person I need to be in contact with never answers my calls, returns the calls or responds to emails... I would love to live in these apartments because they are beautiful but it's almost impossible because you never get a response... Mind you I paid 4 times for application fees. (each time for myself and my husband).... Quite disappointing because we work

I am giving Anthony the maintenance manager a 10/10 he is always responsive to my concerns and takes care of any issues as soon as they arise. He is a great asset to your company

No way to get in touch with management. I’ve been asking who the property manager is for the last 3 months with no response. And don’t even get me started on how thin the walls are. You can hear every footstep, sneeze, cough and bang from your neighbors upstairs. If you value sleep, don’t live here.
