Very unprofessional: Angie and Luke left a child in the car while they rushed through their incorrect measurements using a classic tape measure. They snapped a few photos and missed 1,000sf and a FULL bathroom on the report. Town & Country Appraisal Services refused to provide a copy of the appraisal for which I paid, stating they don't work for me they work for the bank. It was a very frustrating experience to know the appraisal value given by T&C would not even cover the costs to rebuild should there be a disaster. We are formally disputing their appraisal with the necessary entities.
Called them twice to appraise my farm. A good friend of mine gave them thumbs up. They never called. I guess they don’t need my money. Lol
