Helton Pointe Apartments

The apartments are beautiful, and the buildings and grounds are well-maintained. I feel safe here, and that's huge for me. However, I cannot give 5 stars, because the office staff never answer their phone. This means I have to walk down the stairs to talk to them, which wouldn't be a big deal, except the office is randomly closed during office hours. Also, the property is non-smoking, but they don't enforce it like they said they would when I moved in. I like living here, though, so I'll give it a 4.

If I could give negative stars I would give this place a -5 star !! This is the worst place I have lived in. The property manager is never in the office, or the office is closed. This is a smoke free building the people underneath me smoked so much my apartment and my clothes smelled. I called the office, maintenance and the owner nothing was done. It is trash bc of the trash that lives in it. Loud cars. Drug deals in the parking lot. Won't recommend this property.

3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. Kitchen with a eating area/living room. Washer and dryer space with several closets. Recently renovated. Please like this review if true.
