The HOA does not care about the safety of residents or their cars. My car has been broken into 5 times in the past 6 months. The HOA does not care and will blatantly tell you they have no plans to make the community safer (better lighting, cameras) They will however, require you to come up with $2000+ in 30 days for a cosmetic roof repair. I have lived here over 8 years and this place has significantly gone downhill in the past 3 years. Do not move here if you value your stuff and your money

This is a gorgeous neighborhood in one of the best locations, which is why it deserves the one star that it does receive. Just don't make any mistakes! The HOA is ruthless. Parking violations are like a source of income for them which targets the residents making simple day to day mistakes. You'll be charged a total of $340 per parking occurrence ($170 of that is refundable after the immobilization device is picked up). Learn from my mistakes, I double parked my moving truck overnight the first time with a permit displayed and was immobilized, and I parked in front of my own garage without a permit displayed and was immobilized.
