I love Towers, and am so happy and proud to call it my new home! :) Samantha the Community Manager and Brian, who handles maintenance are both extremely kind, always willing to listen, and quickly assist with any issue big or small. From my very first interaction with Samantha at Towers, it was night and day with other experiences while looking for a new place to move. Samantha was always attentive to any question, very thorough and detailed to her answers and information, and made the process so seamless and reassuring. From day one, I felt like I was meant to be here and in good-hands because of the professionalism shown by Samantha and Brian. I really appreciate that any maintenance or issue is always resolved quickly, and tenants are given a heads up for any changes or improvements b

The top two reasons to live here: 1) the location, and 2) the management. The location speaks for itself: bird sanctuary, shore line bike and walking paths, and beach. Walking distance to TJ’s, shops, cafes. The Tower management: Samantha and Brian are on-site and FANTASTIC. We chose Tower over other places on Shoreline Drive because of how well-tended this building and its grounds obviously are, and we’re so glad we did! Samantha and Brian take excellent care of this place, and their care creates an atmosphere in which the entire community of residents takes care. The vibes are good and neighborly!! My husband and I had the pleasure of touring Tower apartments last week, This property has it all! Amazing location...literally across the street from the beach! Next door to the shopping center, and incredible restaurants. The property itself is absolutely beautiful and is completely remodeled from the lobby, the club house, and pool are all modern and stunning! Clearly the maintenance team (Brian) takes great pride in what he does as it shows through the property. I've lived in A LOT of apartments over the years and I have to say this is the best complex and management I've ever encountered. The grounds are kept very clean. Vacuumed daily. Hallway carpets scrubbed monthly. The manager and maintenance staff are the best. They are very responsive. Any issue I've had (only 2 in 4 years) they were at my door within an hour to fix it. The staff greets you and actually knows your name. I'm disabled, and the accommodations they made and continue to make for me is impressive. Imagine approaching your building entrance and seeing the manager or maintenance racing to the door to open it for me. I've never ever had such service. And then there's the view. Tower Apartments is an amazing place to find your next home! The apartment complex itself is clean, very functional, and has a beautiful location right next to the beach. The units are spacious with modern amenities, thoughtful layouts, and immense amounts of closet space. Samantha, the community manager, is simply the best and she has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process from when we were searching for an apartment, to making sure our new place was ready for us when we moved in and following up to see if we were settling in comfortably.
