Star Harbor

Star Harbor is such a beautiful property! I absolutely love their washers and dryers! They also have a great fitness center. I especially want to give a shout out to Olivia who always delivers top notch service and goes out of her way to help.

I toured Star Harbor today. Angela was fantastic, walking me through the property and available apartments. I saw a 1-bedroom and two 2-bedroom units. The square footage and closet space of the 2-bedroom units was great although the angular layout of the kitchen/living/dining area might be somewhat tricky. There are patio and balcony options. No views from the units I toured but good light in 2 of the 3 units. I was not crazy about the open closet area between the master bedroom and bath. Modern, decent finishes throughout, nice amenities. Nice rooftop decks. More expensive to rent than expected for the space/density + parking and all utilities are additional and prorated based on each unit’s square footage and occupancy (sewer, trash, gas, $25 package concierge, etc.), water is sub meter

We would like to thank Olivia for all her help during our stay at Alta Star Harbor. She always did her best to resolve any issues and was consistently responsive, polite, and kind. It’s a wonderful community with an excellent location, surrounded by parks and waterfronts. Most importantly, the neighborhood is very safe, quiet, and clean. We also want to thank the management team for their great work, they truly put effort into keeping the property clean and continuously improving it.

Very attentive new management company that took over Star Harbor not too long ago. In my experience with them, they really seem to be on top of things. Hali from the office was very professional and was able to answer my questions when I was weary about the past management leaving. Building is always clean and I see the cleaners doing a great job maintaining such a big property. The location is great, near the water and very quiet. I have absolutely no complaints. The older gentleman part of the maintenance team was able to fix my work order within the same day as well. I am truly happy in my choice of living here and foresee myself renewing in the next few months!

My Fiancé and I use to live at Star Harbor Apts. Unfortunately, we had to move for job relocation. I tell you this is a great place to live. The new management is great. The place is a lot cleaner. Package room is more organized (believe me it as a total mess) and folks in the office and maintenance dept. are on top of requests.
