Alameda Park Apartments

We had an amazing experience applying for our new apartment at Alameda Park Apartments, all thanks to Ms. Pandoria Pugh. From the very beginning, she was professional, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to show us four different available apartments so we could truly compare and choose the one that felt right for us. We never felt rushed or pressured — she made sure we were comfortable and had all the information we needed to make the best decision. My wife instantly fell in love with one of the units. My partner and I lived in Alameda Park Apartments for nearly two years and loved it there. The property manager, Tameka, is friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that things ran smoothly in the large apartment complex. She is very organized, communicative (e.g., let tenants know when she was going to be out of the office), and responsive. Whenever I had a minor issue, she responded promptly and sent the awesome groundskeeper (Juan) within an hour or two. The area is also pretty quiet at night. Thumbs up!

Possibly the best deal in Alameda. The apartments are a solid size for 1 and 2 bedroom units. The bedroom in the 1 bedroom unit is oversized which makes it great for a king bed with lots of additional space in the room. There is also a nice outdoor patio area on the ground floor which is a major benefit in the Bay Area. Some of the newer remodeled units have all new flooring and modern appliances. There are at least 3 laundry rooms on the property and 2 pools. The current resident manager at the property is fantastic, very responsive to maintenance requests and actively tries to provide a community feel with random trivia pop-ups that include a prize. I've lived in Alameda now for over 3 years with dealings with many different properties and mangers and I must say this property is the best. Miss Tameka is the most Professional, Caring, and frankly hard working Property manager I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Her and her team keep the groups in impeccable condition, she's fast responding when it comes to any problems. And above all she's kind and goes above and beyond to make anyone living here feel welcome and most importantly at home.

I know there are some negative comments about living here but as a former resident I know for a fact they are in regard to the old manager, and not the new one (Tameka). I was a resident at APA for 4.5 years, during both manager's tenure. While I do not wish to comment on the former manager's style, I can say with certainty that Tameka (the current) is absolutely amazing. She has completely turned the complex around. She is very responsive with respect to tenant concerns, and the handyman (Juan) is an amiable guy who is very professional and does stellar work. She is kind and runs a tight ship. The complex is clean and quiet and extremely friendly to children and pets. My youngest adored swimming in the pool on hot summer days, and the well-kept courtyard area was a blessing during l
